After clinging to wonderful barrel o' angst that was www.xanga.com/commonplace for years (since 2003, in case you missed the footnotes i had going), i decided that it was time for a change.
more specifically, it was time to relocate that same barrel o' angst to a site that lets anyone comment and has more user-friendly archiving tools.
thus, Ace of Squares is born. Square as in uncool. Ace as in me. it's the Commonplace you know and are-hopefully-somewhat-fond-of, just dressed up in a new suit.
So if you followed me through the transition, i thank you sincerely. but let's not make it a big thing. just hit the ground running.
let's get dangerous.
