so sometime last week my lappy started slowing down. turns out it was infected with this spyware that wouldn't go away, despite my antivirus. i tried to download a free anti-spyware thing, but things just got slower.
now my lappy is in the care of the best buy geek squad. and apparently, some of those "free anti-spyware" programs actually carry more stuff that infects your computer.
congratulations, virus and adware creators. you've achieved your goal of inconveniencing strangers who will never meet you. OR pay attention to your ads.
i just want my lappy back dammit. hopefully with harddrive and ($200+) software intact.
