self explanatory title. let's get it going.
-a "bitch" - if you've never heard this term used in this way, i'm referring to when "bitch" is used to mean a u-turn. yes, people actually say this. "you missed the turn, just bust a bitch" or "flip a bitch here and get back to the freeway."
... what exactly is bitchy about turning around? i seriously thought my manhood was being called into question the first time i heard this. it's like "pssh, only a bitch would turn his car 180 degrees. a REAL man would just keep going in the wrong direction. or choose a new destination entirely... bitch..."
- "sausage fest" - meaning an event or gathering where there are lots of guys and relatively few girls. i think my main problem with the term ""sausage-fest" is that it makes it sound like "sausage" is the theme of the party. like i realize there may happen to be a lot of guys at a party, but it's not like they're gathering in celebration of "sausage," socializing and sharing anecdotes about their genitalia.
-"reppin' the bay" - why? because you don't really mean the whole bay area, do you? you've lived in a few of the cities, maybe worked or went to school in a different one, but geographically WHAT exactly do you mean? do you mean san francisco and oakland, the big "cool" cities, or do you mean the smaller suburban town where you grew up? you have no problem claiming "frisco" but are you "reppin" brisbane, carlmont, and san leandro?
if i had to make a choice i'd "rep" the peninsula. the 650 area. honestly i like it more than the city. we have parking spaces, and left turns WHENEVER you need them. "peninsula" doesn't sound as cool, but i think i know a big enough chunk of it to consider it home. then again, i don't feel much need to "rep" anything.
granted, i AM very biased against the bay area, because so many people associate it with the "yay area," which to me means a caricaturized version of bay area hip-hop culture that many people have chosen to identify us all, somehow involving funny faces and exiting moving vehicles.

ahahaha...sausagefest...the first time i heard that term i seriously thought it had something to do with oktoberfest and german sausage or something...no no. i stand corrected. just a lot of penis...and only MAYBE the possibility of beer and bratwurst.
t'aint nothin wrong with reppin' the bay sir. i'm reppin' the bay because i'm proud of where i'm from. while i dont believe in a scrunched up faces and running around a moving vehicle.. i do love everything about the bay. clean air, the mediterranean climate, and the quietness that the bay has among other things. unfortunately that phrase may not set off those ideas and yeah it's sort of dumb. kind of like bustin a bitch. but iono. maybe the idea that you've passed your destination and have to turn around is a bitch. and the alliteration is just easier to say than u-turn. i really dont have anything to contribute, i just wanted to post on here to say 'hi'
