every so often, i go a while without posting, and then post an update on what's been happening, as if readers were waiting at their computers in suspense to hear more of my exciting life.
-last week i worked one day, for four hours (they didn't take my on call shifts). the week before that was the same. but THIS week, i work every weekday at 6am (except tuesday, when i worked at 8, but that lessens the dramatic effect). my sleep schedule just got kicked in the balls.
-i am now fighting sickness. i think i get sick when i don't get enough sleep. it happened to me when i wrote my thesis too... came down with a fever of 101. good times.
-the heroes online novel was CRAZY this week. if you're a fan, read it. i suppose that's not really an update about me, though.
-the story is coming along very, very slowly.
-i might be applying for a job with Kaiser Permanente. for an entry-level data-entry position, not to be a doctor (i understand there's a lengthier process involved for that)
-i play deuces a lot now. by myself. it's not as sad as it seems. i actually really enjoy dealing out the hands and planning out the strategies... okay, that still sounds kinda sad. but whatever, it's more fun than solitaire.
-oh yeah, i have glasses now! i'm just too lazy to post pictures. you can probably facebook it. not the clearest picture, but a fun one nonetheless.
