Many Projects, Little Progress

aka the Story of Owen's Life. starting various exciting, fancy things and never finishing any of them.

-i currently am working on the constantly changing, constantly failing "Babel County," the story of a man resisting the devil while literally living in hell-on-earth. it began as a graphic novel, then became prose (i hate to say i'm "writing a book"... it just doesn't sound right. and it raises expectations).
the characters, plot, voice, and even p.o.v. have failed to launch numerous times, prompting me to start over a few times now (not that i had a lot anyway.)

-i have an idea for a more fun, novelty-type book called the Pan-Apocalyptic Strategy Guide, inspired not so subtly by Max Brooks' "Zombie Survival Guide". but its just an idea at this point, and i dunno if it's worth the effort.

-there may be something new that directly effects the blogosphere, but you'll just have to stay tuned for more on that...
